Ingredients

We eat a lot of meat, veggies, eggs, fruit, nuts, & seeds. Most people know our health-style as Paleo, but we just aim to eat the most nutritionally dense foods available. Our fridge is stocked with these foods, but we still enjoy eating the occasional piece of cake or bowl of ice cream. As Dallas and Melissa Hartwig say, “We’re healthy-not robots.”
